MURRELLS INLET, S.C. - Virginia "Ginny" (Hallet) DeCastro, 77, of Murrells Inlet, S.C., passed Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2016, at NHC Healthcare in Garden City, S.C.She was born Dec. 10, 1938, daughter of the late Edward "Ed" and Verna Goodale Hallet.In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brother, Jack Hallet.Ginny was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.
