BOURNE - Joseph Vincent Arcail Jr., of Bourne, passed away on October 2 at the age of 79. Beloved husband of Kay (Mahl) Arcail, son of the late Joseph V. Arcail Sr. and Carmella Celestine (Pronesti) Arcail.Joseph was born in Boswell, PA and grew up locally, graduating from Conemaugh Township High School in 1956.
