FALMOUTH - Daniel J. Collins III, 56, died unexpectedly on Oct. 8, 2016, in his home in Falmouth.Dan was born in Boston on May 22, 1960. He grew up in Bedford playing hockey, graduating from Bedford High School in 1978 and going on to play hockey for Babson College.
