Ramos, 85, of Mashpee, passed away peacefully at Falmouth Hospital on May 20, 2016.She was the beloved wife of the late Louis Ramos, and daughter of the late Lafayette Sr. and Amanda Hicks.Nellie graduated from Lawrence High School in Falmouth.
