NORWOOD - William “Bill” E. Hayes, age 54, passed away Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at the Golden Living Center in Norwood. He was the son of the late Gerald and Marguerite (O’Donnell) Hayes.Bill was born on February 3, 1962 in Worcester before moving and growing up in Hyannis.
