COTUIT - Mark Douglas Jacobs, 63, passed away on April 16th, 2016. He is survived by his wife Melanie Curtis Jacobs, daughter Brittany, sister Jane Kenney of Clinton, brother Michael of Charlton and brother Kenneth of Delray Beach, FL.
