HYANNIS - Justin Wayne Barsch, 28, of Hyannis, died Jan. 23, 2016. He was the son of Tracy Hallett.As a stone mason he built stone walls and was very proud of all the structures he built. He loved to duck hunt with his grandfather on Sandy Neck Beach, and spending time with his family and friends.
