EASTHAM - Rosalyn "Roz" Kaplan, 91, of North Eastham, died April 24, 2016, with both her daughters at her side.Born in Somerville, Mass., on Aug. 20, 1924, to Abraham Cohen and May Miodovnik Cohen, Roz and her older sister Doris were raised in Revere, Lowell, and Brookline, with summers in Maine and West Hyannisport.
