OSTERVILLE - Halvor "Hal" Strandskov, 79, of Osterville, passed away on April 12, 2016, at Cape Cod Hospital after a lengthy illness.He was born in Tyler, Minn., on May 18, 1936, the son of Marietta Hostrup and Rev. Holger Strandskov. Hal grew up in Iowa and graduated from Grand View University in Des Moines, Iowa.
