BOURNE - Lt. Col. Robert F. Stanley, 84, passed away Monday, April 4, 2016 at Bourne Manor Nursing Home after a long illness. Bob was born June 11, 1931, the second of six children born to Arthur and Miriam (Short) Stanley.Bob was born in Los Angeles and grew up in Redlands, CA.
