WEST FALMOUTH - Lawrence Lumbert Harlow, 90, passed away on Monday, April 4, 2016. He was born in Plymouth, MA on July 11, 1925.A lifelong resident of West Falmouth, he passed away with his family surrounding him, at the home built by his great grandfather. As a youth Larry was a constant companion to his grandfather, who sailed on the whaling ship Charles W. Morgan, and was Harbormaster in West Falmouth.
