HYANNIS - Robert L. "Jeff" Medeiros entered into eternal life Saturday, March 26, 2016, in Hyannis.Jeff was born June 22, 1950 in Santuit, MA. He graduated from Barnstable High School in 1968. At the age of 19, in 1969, he was drafted into the US Army and served two tours in Vietnam.
