HARWICH PORT - Mary “Jill” Noon passed away with family at her side on Thursday, March 31 at Epoch of Brewster after a long period of declining health. Jill was born on Jan. 30, 1927 in Powell, NE. The daughter of Naomi and Wentz Landkamer.Upon her graduation from high school, she worked for the War Department during WWII working in Seattle, WA and later with the U.S. State Department in Rio de Janeiro.
