S. YARMOUTH - George P. Lucier, 93 of South Yarmouth died Tuesday July 4, 2017 at the Essex Pavilion Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Hyannis.Born in Shrewsbury, Mr. Lucier was a veteran of the U.S. Navy during World War II and was honorably discharged in 1943.George was a fair-minded character, formerly a Registry Police Officer and a life-long fisherman and sea captain.
