W. YARMOUTH - Joseph Alexander Rubino Jr., of West Yarmouth, passed peacefully on July 9, 2017, with his wife and 5 children by his side.Born on July 22, 1925, he was just shy of 92 years young. He was the oldest of 3 boys raised by his parents, the late Joseph A. Sr. and Mary Rubino, and was brought up in Torrington, CT.
