WEST HARWICH - Lucille Marie "Cille" Donnelly, 94, of West Harwich, MA, died gracefully on Monday, July 3, 2017 at McCarthy Care Center in East Sandwich, MA.Born in New York City, NY to the late John T. and Agusta (Stellar) Prior, Cille was raised by her father and step-mother, Virginia, after the unexpected passing of her mother, Agusta.
