WEST HARWICH - Debra Lynne Hemeon, 58, of West Harwich, MA, passed June 10, 2017, after a short battle with cancer.Debra graduated from Harwich High School and the University of Massachusetts, where she majored in Russian studies. After graduation, she joined the Navy as a Russian linguist. Debra's career took her to Japan, Turkey, Spain and England, where she lived and traveled extensively in her free time.After retirement, Debra returned to Harwich, which she dearly loved. [...]
