N. EASTHAM - Charlotte Cap O’Connor, 71, of Bonita Springs, FL, North Eastham MA, formally of New Britain, CT, passed away on Tuesday June 6th, 2017 at home after a long illness.Charlotte was born in New Britain to the late Stanley and Mary Cap.
