FALMOUTH - Barbara M. (Chubet) Feener, 83, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at the Royal Falmouth Nursing Center.Barbara was born in Norwood, MA a daughter of the late John and Mary (Clem) Chubet. She retired as a teacher from the Brockton School System after many years of devoted service.
