DENNIS - Fred E. Webster, 86, of Dennis, better known as "Poppy", passed away peacefully on Friday, May 12, 2017.Born in Hartford, CT to Lawrence and Marie, Fred grew up in Hartford and West Hartford, graduating from William Hall High School. Fred was a proud U.S. Air Force Korean War veteran.He raised his family in Glastonbury, where he taught them to enjoy skiing, camping and family trips.
