ORLEANS - Charles L. Wise, 84, of Orleans, formerly of Boxford, passed on March 2, 2017, at the Wingate Rehabilitation Center.Mr Wise had a professional career in the computer industry holding several positions as Vice President for NEC and Wang before retiring to Cape Cod. He was also a Navy veteran who served this country. He was a little league and softball coach which he enjoyed very much. He was a wonderful father and friend.
