DENNISPORT - Beloved husband of fifty-one years to Rose Marie Jacob (Tomaso), departed our earthly realm peacefully on May 6, 2017.Jake was born and raised in Boston's Mattapan neighborhood, before meeting the love of his life Rosa and starting a family in Milford, Massachusetts. Jake and family spent countless joyful summers at their cottage in Dennisport, Cape Cod. He enjoyed a thirty-eight year career as a Financial Manager at Liberty Mutual Insurance in Boston, retiring in 1999. [...]
