EASTHAM- Barbara Louise (Carpenter) Brown, 81, passed away at home on March 21, 2017 after having been diagnosed with cancer several months ago.Barbara was born in Providence, RI, on November 14, 1935 to Francis and Jean (Nelson) Carpenter.
