BARNSTABLE - Francis “Franny” Walls, 76, passed away peacefully, on Saturday, March 25, 2017.Francis grew up in Barnstable, graduating from Barnstable High School and joining the Navy.After 23 years with the Navy, he retired and began working for Bath Iron Works, where he continued working on Navy ships.
