ORLEANS - John Marshall Finan, 89, of Orleans, Massachusetts passed away on Monday, March 13, 2017 in Shelburne, Vermont.He was born on June 14, 1927 in Richmond Memorial Hospital to John and Florence (Mullaney) Finan.
