HARWICH - Carlos J. Resende, 76 of Harwich passed away Sunday, Feb. 21, 2016 after a battle with cancer. He is the son of Fortunata Santos and Charles Resende.He was born in Cape Verde Islands and worked for Lower Cape Concrete & Foundation for over 30 years. Pre-deceased by his wife of over 30 years, Virginia Miranda Resende, with sons Standly Miranda, Sr. of Harwich, James, August and Marcus Miranda of Dennis.
