CUMMING, GA - Frank Joseph Stephen, age 88, of Cumming, GA, passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2017, at North East Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, GA.Frank was born in Boston, MA, in 1928, to the late Yavnan and Lucy Stephen. He was a Veteran of the United States Army. He will always be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend.
