EASTHAM - Vyrling (Phelps) McNeill, 93, of Eastham, MA, formerly of Manchester, beloved wife of Ernest M. McNeill Sr. for 68 years, died peacefully on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at Wingate at Harwich after an extended illness.Vyrling was born on November 11, 1923 in Suffield, CT., daughter of the late Jasper and Ada Phelps.
