RANDOLPH - Charlotte R. (Simmons) Coughlan, of Randolph, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on February 28, 2017, at the age of 92.Born in Cambridge to the late Joseph and Isabelle Simmons, Charlotte was raised in Medford and graduated from Medford High School.
