HARWICH James Hugh Lilley, age 78, passed away peacefully Thursday, January 5, 2017 at home surrounded by his loving family.Jim was taught carpentry by his father and studied mechanical engineering at Staten Island Community College. Jim’s career was as an industrial electrician and supervisor at several manufacturing plants.
