PALM CITY, FL - Charles K. Tuttle of Palm City, FL and Chatham MA died peacefully on the 7th of January, 2017. Charlie, as he was known, was born on Cape Cod, he was 66.Fran, his beloved wife, friend and care giver was by his side as he departed on his spiritual journey.
