HARWICH - Richard (Dick) Ash died peacefully December 30 just shy of his 87 birthday. Dick was born in Binghamton NY to the late George and Dorothie Ash. He graduated from Binghamton High School and then from Harper College now known as Binghamton University. Upon graduation Dick enlisted in the Navy.
