MASHPEE - Charles, E. Blackwell, 83, of Mashpee, passed away unexpectedly on Feb. 13, 2016. He the beloved husband of Julie Blackwell and the son of the late Larry and Thelma Blackwell. Born and raised in Arizona, Charles served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He worked on Watts Family Farm in Sandwich for many years until his retirement.
