HYANNIS - Janice L. (Wilbur) Chase, 89, formally of Hyannis, MA, passed away peacefully on Feb. 9, 2016 at Epoch of Brewster Skilled Nursing Facility. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Walter M. Chase of Brockton, MA. She was the loving mother of Lynne J. (Chase) Mellace, and her husband, Frank Mellace, and Gayle L.
