ALLENTOWN, Pa. - Marnie (Brown) Witmer, 76, entered into rest with the Lord on Dec. 18, 2016, at Arden Courts in Allentown, Pa., after a lengthy illness.Born Jan. 5, 1940, in West Chester, Pa., to Maclean and Martha Brown, Marnie grew up the oldest of four girls.
