MASHPEE - Mr. Richard Viens Lucier, 83, of Mashpee MA and formerly of Milford MA, passed away in the loving arms of his son Van P. Lucier and Nancy Smith, whom he thought of as his daughter, on Saturday (December 17, 2016).
