CHATHAM - John Murray Edson, 75, of Chatham, MA, died Jan. 17, 2016 at EPOCH of Brewster after a brief illness. He was born at Weymouth Hospital to George M. and Irene N. (Molvar) Edson and lived in Whitman, MA until the age of 15, when he moved to Chatham with his father, George and stepmother, Betty Edson. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp.
