WEST YARMOUTH - Joan Fahey Melanson Rooney of West Yarmouth, MA and Naples, FL passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2016. Joan was born on September 6, 1931 in Cambridge, MA, the only child of Irma Louise Morrison and William Thomas Fahey. She grew up in Waltham, MA and graduated from Waltham High School in 1949.Joan worked in administrative positions until she married Herbert J.
