Essio J. (John) Lanza, 94, a resident on Onset for the past 70 years, died on October 20, 2016, following a period of failing health at the Royal Cape Cod Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Buzzards Bay.Born in Sagamore on November 5,1921, he was the son of the late Umberto and Carmelina Agostina (Repetto) Lanza.Mr. Lanza was a masonry and carpentry contractor for over 50 years.
