MASHPEE - William Bruce Dilley, 80, of Mashpee, passed away peacefully at Cape Cod Hospital on Oct. 13, 2016.Bill was the husband of Nadine Dilley.Growing up in Newton, Bill was raised by Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Orechia. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War. Bill put himself thru college on the GI bill.
