HYANNIS PORT - Kathleen Anthony Horne Graff, 83, passed away on Monday, Aug. 29 in her beloved summer home of Hyannis Port, Massachusetts, surrounded by her three children and several grandchildren. Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Kathleen Sheldon and Bernard Horne, she moved to Washington, D.C. during the Second World War.
