WEST YARMOUTH - Joseph Charles Lipari, 94 of West Yarmouth died Friday August 26, 2016, with his daughters, Debbie and Jackie by his side.He was the husband of the late Rose M. (Giangreco) Lipari who died in 2009. They had been married for 62 years.Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Mr. Lipari was the son of the late Charles and Ethel (Whitney) Lipari.
