TRURO - Dolores M. "Sis" (Mooney) Rose, 92, a lifelong resident of Truro passed away peacefully on August 20, 2016 at Seashore Point in Provincetown. She was the beloved wife of Norman F. Rose who passed away in 2011 and with whom she shared 52 years of marriage.Daughter of the late Francis and Agnes Mooney, "Sis" was educated locally and graduated from Provincetown High School.
