WELLFLEET - Glenore (Cluff) Moe, 95 of Wellfleet died on Feb. 2, 2016 surrounded and cared for by her family. She was born in Portsmouth, NH, daughter of the late George and Ella (Thompson) Cluff. Mrs. Moe was raised and educated in Quincy and was a graduate of N. Quincy High School.
