HARWICH - Long-time South Harwich resident, George E. McCombe, died on July 31, 2016. George grew up in Tuckahoe, NY with his sister, Elaine, and his parents, Mildred and George.He retired from AT&T after over 30 years and made his permanent residence on the Cape.
