Kevin Richardson, of Mashpee, formerly of Winchester, died on Friday, July 29, 2016, at Falmouth Hospital with his family by his side.Born in Winchester to the late Helen (Oliver) and Robert W. Richardson, Kevin served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.Kevin was a Winchester police officer for 25 years.
