WYNNE, AR - Raymond Parker Allen of Wynne, Arkansas, formerly of Falmouth, died peacefully in his sleep Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at the age of sixty-seven. He was born in Wareham, Massachusetts on April 18, 1949, the son of the late Eldon Parker and June Elaine Johnson Allen."Chip" as he was known to his family and friends, was a member of St. Barnabas Catholic Church in Falmouth, Massachusetts.
