EASTHAM - Frances “Fran” (Friend) Riker, 87, passed away on Saturday, June 4, 2016. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Gertrude (Phalin) Friend, and the wife of the late John L. Riker. Born in Manhattan, Fran moved to Westchester and resided in Ossining with her husband until 1986, when they moved to Eastham on Cape Cod.Fran was a graduate of Croton-Harmon High School and entered nursing school.
