CHATHAM - Joan Willoughby, 98, died peacefully and went to be with the Lord early Sunday morning, Jan. 24, 2016, at Liberty Commons in Chatham.She will be mourned by her church family and her many friends.Born as Julianna Genito on May 31, 1918, in New York City, Miss Willoughby was the daughter of Italian immigrants who died soon after her birth in the 1918 flu epidemic.
